Product Details

Product Preparation

TIFIX is to be mixed with tap water in a clean vessel until a knot-free pasty mortar is obtained.
Mixing ratio: 7 liter water to 25 kg TIFIX After a short maturing time, it is mixed again being used within the next hour. The mortar is applied continuously on the surface and scraped with a serrated trowel. Do not cover more surface than required, keeping within the working time of 15 minutes. The tiles are fixed with light pressure. Light weight building materials like gypsum card-boards or other suitable boards are bonded to vertical surfaces by the spot fixing method.

Surface Preparation

The surface has to be dry or slightly moist, load bearing, free from dirt, dust or parting agents. Prime absorbent surfaces with Acryseal WB. Smooth concrete surfaces have to be roughened, anhydrite screed has to be grinded, vacuumed and primed with Acryseal WB.
