Aquafin Pakistan started in 2004 as a joint venture company between Schomburg Gmbh Co. KG and the IM Millwala group. From there nearly 20 years on, Aquafin has become a reputed manufacturer for construction chemical products in Pakistan.
Aquafin pride itself on offering cutting edge technology products in the construction chemicals industry. By pushing ourselves to be better than the rest, we offer product system design & on-site technical support. Our goal is to provide quality products with technical know-how to our clients.

2005
joint Venture
In 2005 the formal joint Venture company between Millwala Group and Schomburg Gmbh was established.
2006
powder production
In 2006 we started powder production of some waterproofing coating products.
2007
Local production
In 2007 we expanded our local production range to include repair mortars.
2010
Concrete Admixtures
In 2010 we started manufacturing of Concrete Admixtures.
2014
Epoxy Coatings
In 2014 we started offering Epoxy coatings under Aquafin brand.
2018
Lahore Office
In 2018 we started our Lahore Sales office.
2019
Powder Production
In 2019 we started building our new powder production facility at Burhani Industrial Park at Hub Balochistan.
2022
Water Repellant Plasters
In 2022 we started offering water repellant plasters and local Crystalline waterproofing products.
