Properties:

Flex-seal is designed for flexible sealing and waterproofing of expansion and construction joints subject to movement cracks. The TPE band material is fused into Polyester nonwoven fabric for greater strength and waterproofing capability.

Joint waterproofing, wall and floor junctions and bay defining movement joints:
Using the waterproof coating i.e. Aquafin 2K/M, bond Flex-seal internal/external angles for use in corners, at the transition between wall and floor as
well as interface joints, to the prepared area without voids or folds. Pipe penetration on floor and wall can be sealed with the required Flex-seal
